RETURNS
Our return policy runs for 90 days. That means you have 90 days from the moment your item arrives to ask for a return.
For an item to qualify for a return, it needs to be in the same state you received it in — unworn or unused, with the tags still attached, and packed in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was sent, so we can review the situation and put it right.
Some items are not eligible for return — for example perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We are also unable to accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you are unsure about a specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get exactly what you want is to return the item you have and, once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 3 Day Cooling Off Period
In addition to the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 3 days for any reason and with no justification required. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
